Cancellation Policy
Event Policy Thank you for choosing R & R! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review the following policy regarding your event: Guest Count: Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event. Any additional guests beyond the confirmed and paid number will incur additional charges, which will be invoiced post-event. Menu Finalization: The menu must be finalized and agreed upon by both parties at least 10 days before the event. Changes made after this period are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Payment: Full payment is required prior to the event as we are a small business. Payment plans are available upon request to split payments for your convenience. Cancellations and Refunds: If you choose to cancel the event, no refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event. If cancellation is required on our end due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Additional Guests: If unconfirmed guests attend the event, a bill will be issued for the additional costs, which must be paid within 7 days post-event.
